PRSK pitches cross flow fans for Europe’s summer cooling demand

Jiangxi Hengcheng Industrial Co., Ltd., which makes cross flow fans under the PRSK brand, says its products are helping European HVAC manufacturers handle hotter summers with quieter, more efficient cooling. The company is highlighting manufacturing capacity, European compliance certifications and a 30mm AC fan series aimed at air curtains, air conditioners and other compact systems.

Why it matters: - Europe’s heatwaves are increasing demand for cooling systems that move air efficiently, quietly and reliably. - PRSK says its transverse flow fans are designed to help HVAC makers cut noise, improve airflow and reduce energy use in homes, commercial spaces and industrial facilities. - The company is positioning itself as a supply partner for European manufacturers that need products aligned with European safety and environmental standards.

What happened: - Jiangxi Hengcheng Industrial Co., Ltd., which operates under the PRSK brand, promoted its high-quality transverse flow fan manufacturing for the European market. - The company pointed to its official website, More information, for product details and technical specifications. - Hengcheng said it was founded in 2002 and has more than 20 years of industry experience. - The company said it operates a facility of more than 15,000 square meters and employs more than 100 skilled staff members.

The details: - PRSK says transverse flow fans, also called cross flow or tangential fans, draw air across the length of a cylindrical impeller to create a wide and stable sheet of airflow. - The company says this design helps avoid uneven air distribution and higher noise levels associated with some axial fans. - Hengcheng says it uses high-grade aluminum alloy impellers and specialized housing designs to improve volumetric efficiency and thermal dissipation. - The company says the fans are used in air curtains, trench heaters, floor convectors, domestic air conditioners and commercial refrigeration units. - Hengcheng says its factory integrates research and development, assembly and quality inspection. - The company says it has dozens of automated machines and more than 1,000 sets of specialized molds for custom development. - PRSK says its products undergo testing to meet CE, RoHS and CCC certifications. - The company says it uses shaded pole motors and brushless DC motors to support safe operation under continuous loads. - Hengcheng says its materials include galvanized metal housings and aluminum alloy fan blades that comply with environmental restrictions. - The company says it reduces noise through impeller balancing and premium ball bearings.

Between the lines: - The product pitch combines manufacturing capacity with compliance messaging, which is often central for European HVAC buyers. - PRSK is emphasizing quiet operation and compact design because those features matter in residential and commercial installations where space and noise are constrained. - The company is also using certifications and material compliance to signal that its products can fit into regulated European supply chains.

What's next: - Hengcheng says it will keep developing higher-efficiency air movement products through its research and development work. - The company says it has exported to more than 100 countries and regions, and it appears to be using that global footprint to support further European partnerships. - PRSK is directing customers to its website for more information on its cross flow fan lineup and technical specifications.
